Our Skills Academy Program runs January to March

2025 Program Registration is open!

LCVC offers a co-ed Skills Academy aimed at those players who want to learn volleyball and improve their skills without overnight travel to tournaments.

The Skills Academy has two programs:

- Elementary School (grades K-5)

- Middle School (grades 5-8)

Elementary School (Grades K-5)*

Sundays afternoons (5:00-6:30pm) at River Ridge Academy beginning January 19, 2025

• 10-week program of weekly practices - no competition. This program is designed to teach participants volleyball skills. 
• Includes t-shirt, volleylite ball
• Cost- $200 plus a $10 USAV membership for insurance coverage (8 and under free USAV membership)

*grades 4 or 5 participants with 2+ years of prior Skills Academy participation and/or played on a middle school team this fall are welcome to register for the middle school division.  

Middle School (Grades 5-8)

2 Location Options:

Bluffton- Sunday afternoons (5:00-6:30pm) at Bluffton High beginning January 12, 2025 

Hilton Head Island- Wednesday nights (6:00-7:30pm) at the Boys & Girls Club of Hilton Head Island beginning January 15, 2025.

• 12-week program includes weekly practices and scheduled volleyball matches. 
• Includes t-shirt and volleyball
• Cost- $325 plus a $10 USAV Membership for Insurance Coverage

Registration for our 2025 Winter Skills Academy is open!!

Step 1- Determine the session your player will attend.

Step 2- Purchase USAV LEAGUE membership for players who turn 9 before July 1, 2025, or select the free Junior 8 and Under Player membership for those who are 8 and under on July 1, 2025.  When registering your player for USAV $10 LEAGUE membership, please be sure to enter their date of birth correctly.  Enter a start date of January 1, 2025.

Scholarships up to 50% of the registration cost are available for those who qualify financially.  For those interested in applying, please email lowcountryvolleyball@gmail.com to request a scholarship application prior to registering.
